In July, Fiotec was accepted into the Petrobras Supplier Registry. The system aims to evaluate and classify potential suppliers of the Mixed Economy Company and its subsidiaries, and, through it, the suppliers are evaluated in technical, economic, legal and integrity criteria.

The submission was made on February 3rd of this year, through Petronect, Petrobras' goods and services acquisition platform. At this first moment, Fiotec's basic, banking and supply data was informed.

It was also necessary for the institution to inform the type of supply - type of supplier and place of supply - and in which families (supply lines) it would like to compete in the contracts. Professionals from Fiotec's Legal Department, Governance and Quality Management, and Financial and Accounting Administration took part in the work of collecting and passing on the information.

With its profile created, the Evaluation Questionnaires were made available, which are divided into criteria comprising several requirements, in accordance with the applicable regulations and Petrobras' standards. After the answers are analyzed, the evaluations are published with grades and comments.

In this last renewal process, the Foundation obtained the highest score in all criteria of the registration renewal process, besides being well evaluated (in green flag) for the Integrity Risk Grade. This means that the institution is able to register and submit projects for published opportunities in the socio-environmental area for environmental licensing.

According to Marcia Perdonati, from Fiotec's Projects team, the approval is a seal of approval over the performance of the institution. "This allows us to have more visibility so that Petrobras identifies in Fiotec the aptitude to participate in its contracting processes for project development, which is an advantage in the qualification and pre-qualification phase in the tenders that the Foundation may compete in. Furthermore, we have the convenience of being invited to participate in all the public calls disclosed on the Petronect site that fit Fiotec's profile and nature, without having to follow the disclosure of new tenders on a daily basis," he said.

It should also be noted that Fiotec is seeking approval in other families, including Research and Development. The Certificate of Approval was issued on July 1st, 2022 and is valid until February 1st, 2023.
