Last November 3, professionals of the Fiotec Projects team participated in a visit to the laboratories of the Equivalence and Pharmacokinetics Service (Sefar/Fiocruz) of the Vice-Presidency of Production and Innovation in Health (VPPIS/Fiocruz). The goal of the visit was to present the Sefar’s purchasing and hiring systems and it allowed employees to get to know the dynamic of the laboratories and the researchers’ routine.

During the visit a meeting took place to discuss some important points regarding the contract format between the institutions, with the goal of speeding up the process. In addition, Barbara Oliveira, who works in the administrative office of the laboratories and who was responsible for the invitation, also showed the purchase system used by Sefar. 

The team was also able to get to know, in practical terms, the work done by researchers and to observe the applicability of the materials and equipment acquired by the contracts managed by Fiotec. According to the professionals, this was a positive and fruitful visit that forged closer relations and aligned the understanding of the needs of both teams.
