The book discusses the topic of personal data protection, especially in the context of digital health services. By gathering examples from everyday experiences to demonstrate the collection and use of personal data, such as receiving drug advertisements and the leakage of data from the Brazilian public health system (SUS), the book emphasizes that the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) was approved in Brazil and that the protection of personal data is a fundamental right, with health data being considered sensitive.
