Comprasnet
The Brazilian Federal government’s portal for public bids and hiring by the Federal public administration (direct, autarchies, and foundations). It also allows conducting online tenders.
European Citizen Action Service (ECAS)
An international organization that enables civil society in the European Union to exercise rights and promote open and inclusive decision-making. The system’s functionalities include uploading the projects’ reporting.
eRA Commons
Support and control system for projects funded by the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH).

PADOR (Potential Applicant Data Online Registration)
The online system in which organizations that are potential applicants to calls for proposals register with ECAS.
Payment Management Services (PMS)
Online system for financial management of projects funded by U.S. Federal agencies and that allows budget control, withdrawal of funds authorized for the current fiscal year, and verification of the balance in the project’s accounts.
PROSPECT
Online system for the management of open calls for proposals in the European Commission in the area of external action with the managing institution’s support. Allows applicants to submit their proposals online, monitor their application’s status in real time, and receive the evaluation’s results instantaneously. Also allows receiving an automatic notification in case a new document (clarifications, correction, etc.) is published for the call.
Agreements System (SICONV)
Created by the Brazilian Ministry of Planning, Development, and Management to administer Federal government grants in agreements signed with states, municipalities, the Federal District, and private non-profit organizations.
Management System for Investments in Technology (SIGITEC)
Portal for Petrobras suppliers providing information on the company’s hiring procedures and offering support services to suppliers.
Integrated System for Foreign Trade, Intangibles, and Other Operations Leading to Variations in Equity (SISCOSERV)
The Brazilian Federal government’s system used for recording data on imports and exports of services, intangibles, and other operations (financials, franchises, etc.) by physical persons and corporations in Brazil.
United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM)
The common procurement portal of the United Nations system of organizations, a tool that functions as the database for current and potential suppliers.

The specific platforms of the National Economic and Social Development Bank (BNDES), Finep, World Bank, and National Bank of the Northeast (BNB) for submission of proposals, monitoring project execution, and financial reporting.
