Fiotec attended the first of a series of graduation ceremonies for health professionals, held in Arapiraca, Alagoas, on December 12. The event marks the outcome of a project managed by the foundation in partnership with the Joaquim Venâncio Polytechnic Health School (EPSJV/Fiocruz), through the Specialization Course in Preceptorship.
The initiative aims to strengthen professional health education in the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS) through a decentralized offer of 9,000 positions for Primary Care and Health Surveillance professionals across the country.
The training is coordinated by EPSJV/Fiocruz, represented at the ceremony by project analyst Denise Ribeiro. Fiotec was also represented by Aline Gagliano and Gabriel Bernardi. The course is carried out in collaboration with the SUS Health School Networks.
The graduation ceremony marks the conclusion of the training process and certification of the specialized professionals, representing an important institutional moment of recognition for participants and consolidation of the project's results. Fiotec’s support includes logistical, administrative and operational procedures, such as subcontracting services for events, institutional organization and assistance to the teams involved.
The graduation reinforces the commitment of Fiocruz and the SUS Health Schools to permanent health education, values the professionals trained and strengthens the role of preceptorship as a key element in improving the quality of work and care within the SUS.
