On March18th and 19th, Project analysts Rafael Gomes and Rafael Cabral were in Brasilia for a meeting at the Secretariat of Health Surveillance (Secretaria em Vigilância em Saúde - SVS). During the occasion the employees ministered a training course related to the Fiotec Project Execution Manual with members of two research studies supported by the institution: the Health Ministry's strategic project and the National Health Surveillance System's increase of intervention capacity project.
For the analyst Rafael Gomes, the opportunity to be with the coordinators of the projects is very important for a good development of the work. "The training we deliver facilitates our day to day work because in addition to the coordinators’ gain in confidence in performing their demands with us, we save time by avoiding rework and the returning of processes not understood by the team", said Rafael
The employee also mentioned another positive point of the meeting. "Getting out of the office to know the reality of the coordinators enables us to understand the particularities of the projects and the need for us to deliver our service with quality", concluded Rafael Gomes.
