Fiotec wrapped up 2018 with a second place in the general ranking at the Logistic Efficiency Program of RIOGaleão Cargo, the cargo terminal of the Tom Jobim International Airport, in Rio de Janeiro, in the “Miscellaneous” category. The ranking is defined based on monthly evaluations and the institution logged an average of 15 hours of cargo idleness, in a segment in which the average time exceeds 60 hours.

The goal of the program is to support and highlight importers, exporters and service providers, stimulating them to obtain better logistic performance in the cargo terminal.

Fiotec’s good performance came through the hands of the institution’s International Purchasing department. Elisângela Bevitori, the area’s supervisor, recognized the great teamwork, but intends to reach for even better professional results. “Much of this good performance is thanks to the partners we work with, which is why we are keeping a close eye on their work and demanding maximum commitment, to reduce our clearance time even further. We want to be first place in 2019”.

To this date, in 2019 Fiotec has grabbed fifth place in February and second in April, once again in the “Miscellaneous” category.
