On September 6, professionals of the Projects department of Fiotec took part of the VI Workshop of Good Practices of the Letter of Agreement of the Pan-American Health Organization (PAHO). At the occasion, information sheets, forms (to request a Letter of Agreeement and financial forms) and eligibility documents were presented, and the steps that must be taken during the project’s life cycle were explained. This included the necessary documents, from the request of a Letter of Agreement to expense statements and/or interruption, minimizing possible impacts.
According to analyst Beatriz Barroso, the meeting strengthens the successful partnership between Fiotec, Fiocruz and PAHO, and emphasizes the importance of this close work to clarify possible doubts on the issues being discussed, covering significant changes in the implementation of Letters of Agreement. “The subjects were approached in a cordial and objective maner throughout the training event, with free access to clear doubts”, she said.
In addition to Beatriz, Fiotec was also represesnted by analysts Claudio Mainardi, Paulo Santos and Rachel Trani.
